1、慎用除塵(chen)布袋:應選用不易粘(zhan)湖的(de)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)除塵(chen)布袋,如光(guang)(guang)面(mian)滌綸濾料729、針刺氈(zhan)除塵(chen)布袋等。
2、較短的清(qing)灰(hui)周期:清(qing)灰(hui)周期短,有利于及(ji)時布袋表面石(shi)灰(hui)粉塵,減(jian)少粘結可(ke)能。
3、石灰粉除(chu)塵(chen)器設置旁路(lu)(lu)管(guan)道(dao):當空(kong)氣(qi)相對濕度(du)時,進入(ru)除(chu)塵(chen)系統的含塵(chen)空(kong)氣(qi)很易(yi)結露,為(wei)避免(mian)水氣(qi)進入(ru)除(chu)塵(chen)器粘結濾料,應(ying)設置旁路(lu)(lu)管(guan)道(dao),此時可(ke)避開除(chu)塵(chen)器,讓含塵(chen)空(kong)氣(qi)只通過(guo)旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)塵(chen)器,然后排入(ru)大氣(qi)。以上可(ke)采用(yong)自動控制。
4、較低的過濾(lv)(lv)風(feng)速:過濾(lv)(lv)風(feng)速較高(gao),將迫使微細石(shi)灰(hui)粉塵進入內曲折微孔中(zhong)發生(sheng)堵(du)塞,反吹(chui)清(qing)灰(hui)不力時,長(chang)期停留于(yu)布(bu)袋內部而形成(cheng)粘結物堵(du)塞濾(lv)(lv)孔。而采用低過濾(lv)(lv)風(feng)速,可(ke)避免上述弊病。
5、足夠(gou)的(de)(de)清灰(hui)反(fan)吹(chui)壓(ya)力:用(yong)反(fan)吹(chui)風清灰(hui),可(ke)將進入(ru)濾料(liao)中的(de)(de)石灰(hui)粉(fen)塵清洗出來(lai),而足夠(gou)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力,有利于較清洗濾料(liao)中的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵。
